I can't work out who are real visitors from stats my site seems to have lots of visits but sales are still poor how do I sort the search engines from the real visitors
My stats are with deepmatrix

If you're referring to deep metrix, you'll need to give us some more details.

From what i can see based on their "tour", they offer a full suite of analytics, so basics like knowing who you referrers are would be simple to sort.

How long have you been using this stats package?

As I mentioned above, look for a report called "Referrers" and it'll show you a breakdown of how many visits came form where. Might be called something other than "Referrers" by this company, but I cannot see why they'd call it anything else.

Website stats should be in easy to understand report format.I am using trackyourvisitor for this its very good website tracking system which provides detailed referrel information,keywords tracking report and much more, their standard edition is absolutely free of cost.Hope u give it a try and let me know how did u find it.
