SUMMARY:CBST Workshop in Thielle (Naturist Camping die neue zeit)
DESCRIPTION:Grundlage von Community Building Skills Training (CBST) ist der Prozess der Gemeinschaftsbildung\, wie sie der Psychologe Dr. Scott Peck in jahrelanger Forschung untersucht hat. \nWie geht Gemeinschaft:\nCommunitybuilding lässt sich nicht theoretisch erlernen. Es geht um die direkte Erfahrung\, um die unmittelbare Begegnung: Wer bin ich in einer Gruppe von Menschen? Wer sind die anderen? Und wie können wir uns treffen – ehrlich und relevant? \nKommunikation unter die Lupe genommen:\nBeim CBST werden elementare Bestandteile gelingender Kommunikation genau betrachtet\, einzeln eingeübt und anschließend im eigentlichen Communitybuilding-Prozess in die Praxis gebracht. In diesem effektiven Wechsel aus angeleiteter Übung und Anwendung in der Gruppe erfahren die TeilnehmerInnen direkt\, wie eine veränderte Kommunikation zwangsläufig auch die Begegnungen in der Gruppe verändert. Für viele TeilnehmerInnen ist dies nicht weniger als ein Paradigmenwechsel. \nDa unser Moderatorenteam sowohl Englisch als auch Deutsch spricht\, wird dieser Workshop in beiden Sprachen abgehalten und in beide Sprachen übersetzt! \nBecause our Facilitator Team is both English and German speaking – this Workshop is held in both languages and will be translated into both languages! \nCommunity Building Skills Training (CBST) is based on the process of community building as studied by psychologist Dr. Scott Peck in years of research. \nHow community works:\nCommunity building cannot be learned theoretically. It is about direct experience\, about immediate encounters: Who am I in a group of people? Who are the others? And how can we meet—honestly and meaningfully? \nCommunication under the microscope:\nCBST takes a close look at the basic components of successful communication\, practices them individually and then puts them into practice in the actual community building process. In this effective alternation between guided exercises and application in the group\, participants experience first-hand how a change in communication inevitably also changes encounters within the group. For many participants\, this is nothing less than a paradigm shift.
