SUMMARY:Warsztat Budowania Wspólnoty+ W Kręgu z Naturą | Community Building Workshop+ In Circles with Nature | Poland
Praktyka ta oferuje wskazówki\, a także żywe doświadczenie dochodzenia w grupie do stanu Prawdziwej Wspólnoty\, czyli stanu bezpieczeństwa i głębokiego wzajemnego szacunku. Emilia łączy w swoim działaniu rozwój osobisty i głęboką ekologię. Pracuje jako psycholożka i trenerka z grupami i indywidualnie z osobami. Jest absolwentką m.in. psychologii na Uniwersytecie Jagiellońskim\, kursu nauczycielskiego Mindfulness (MBLC) i Kursu Compassion (Mindfulness Association UK)\, Holistycznej Szkoły Trenerów. Należy do zespołu Szkoły Integralnej Ekopsychologii.\nAsia Gumieniak i Danny Iacono. Współtwórcy The Living Bridge — fundacji wspierającej rozwój relacyjności\, wzajemności i wrażliwości w przestrzeniach międzyludzkich. Łączą różne podejścia do pracy z relacjami i wspólnotą. Z wykształcenia socjologowie\, aktualnie zgłębiający praktyki zakorzenione w relacyjności. U Asi to: eko-terapia (Pacifica Graduate Institute)\, Authentic Relating oraz socjokracja (Sociocracy For All). U Danny’ego m.in mito-poetyka\, story-telling (Mythic Body by Josh Shrei) oraz pogłębione rozmowy w “The Passing Through Podcast”\, którego jest twórcą i gospodarzem.\nW zespole znajdą się również facylitatorzy będący w procesie szkolenia.___________________________________\n\n\n MIEJSCE\nGospodarstwo Regenerowane Dolina Dzikiej Czereśni w Laskach koło Kłodzka. To piękne siedlisko położone w malowniczej krainie Sudetów Środkowych\, nieopodal Kotliny Kłodzkiej — otoczone polami\, łąkami i lasami. To coś innego. Grupa uruchamia we mnie lęk przed odrzuceniem\, przed oceną i pewnie jeszcze wiele innych lęków. Najważniejsze czego doświadczyłam to fakt\, że ryzyko podejmowane w wyrażaniu swojej prawdy i wrażliwości zbliża do innych osób\, choć wymaga odwagi aby to ryzyko podjąć.”\n\n_____________________________________________________________\n\n\n— ENGLISH —\n\n\n“…our own future is inseparable from the future of the larger community that brought us into being.”— Thomas Berry\n\n\nA 4-day Community Building Workshop in the M. Scott Peck tradition\, expanded to include practices of developing intimacy and relationship with the more-than-human world.\n\n\nWe live in urgent times\, times of distance and separation. In such a reality\, a genuine encounter with another person is no longer something to be taken for granted. One of our focuses is to help others re-learn the tools for effective communication between humans\, to engender the feelings of unusual safety and extraordinary respect which can provide a genuine experience of connection.\nAt the same time\, our connection to the natural world from which we come — and upon which we depend — is fractured. Many of us have forgotten that we are not separate from nature\, we are nature. In a culture so focused on progress\, and productivity\, so distracted and overstimulated by information coming at us through a digital landscape\, we suffer a collective amnesia which isolates us from not just one another\, but from our watersheds and life-giving oceans\, forests\, and the stars in the night sky which might guide us in the dark. Building community with each other is an essential first step\, but we believe we are being asked to rebuild our sense of planetary belonging: to rediscover our place in the biosphere and rejoin the wider earth community.\n\n\n INVITATION\nDuring the Community Building Process in the tradition of M. Scott Peck\, we learn how to create the conditions for a true encounter. We learn how to navigate what is non-obvious\, alive\, and often uncomfortable in relationships\, without the need to immediately solve or control whatever arises. This practice offers practical guidance as well as a lived experience of a group arriving at a state of what he calls True Community — a state of safety and extraordinary mutual respect. It is a form of group meditation\, a shared being-with-what-is\, in which both tensions and the potential for deeper connection gradually reveal themselves. This process allows us to see what ordinarily remains hidden beneath habitual communication patterns and social roles\, and creates space to try being with one another in a different way. Read more about the process here: https://www.thelivingbridge.earth/community_building…\nDuring this workshop we also aim to explore the potential for achieving a state of community with the nonhuman world. Each day\, we will invite you to sit in a circle and practice developing awareness with what surrounds us\, expanding our experience of connection\, relationship\, and belonging with the natural world.\n\n REGISTRATION: https://forms.gle/VZyoUGdWdVFdZh576___________________________________\n\n\n\n ABOUT THE COMMUNITY BUILDING METHOD\nThe Community Building Process was developed in the second half of the 20th century by psychiatrist and author Dr. M. Scott Peck as a response to growing polarization\, loneliness\, and isolation in modern societies. Peck saw the loss of authentic community as one of the main sources of social problems and conflict. He developed a set of communication guidelines that support rebuilding trust\, safety\, and a sense of community within a group. Workshop participants have the opportunity both to learn these principles and to experience them directly. Since the late 20th century\, the method has been developed and adapted for various contexts from organizations and intentional communities\, to work with marginalized groups\, to environments affected by conflict. Today\, this work is continued by Community Building International — an organization founded by Scott Peck’s student Edward Groody — which offers\, among other things\, facilitator training.More at: https://communitybuilding.com/___________________________________\n\n\n FACILITATION\nThe workshop will be led by a team of facilitators trained\, certified\, and supervised by Community Building International:Emilia Ślimko-Tywoniuk. Together with her husband\, she co-creates the Wild Cherry Valley project in Laski\, near Kłodzko. Emilia integrates personal development and deep ecology in her work. She works as a psychologist and trainer with both groups and individuals. She is a graduate of psychology at the Jagiellonian University\, the Mindfulness Teaching Course (MBLC) and the Compassion Course (Mindfulness Association UK)\, and the Holistic Trainers’ School. She is a member of the Integral Ecopsychology School team.\nAsia Gumieniak and Danny Iacono. Co-founders of The Living Bridge — a foundation supporting the development of relationality\, reciprocity\, and connectivity in human spaces. They combine various approaches to working with relationships and community. Both are sociologists by training\, currently deepening practices rooted in relationality. Asia’s include: eco-therapy (Pacifica Graduate Institute)\, Authentic Relating\, and Sociocracy (Sociocracy For All). Danny’s include mythopoetics and storytelling (Mythic Body by Josh Shrei)\, as well as deep conversations on The Passing Through Podcast\, of which he is the creator and host.\nThe team will also include facilitators who are in the process of their training.___________________________________\n\n\n VENUE\nDolina Dzikiej Czereśni (Wild Cherry Valley) Regenerative Farm in Laski near Kłodzko. It is a beautiful homestead situated in the picturesque landscape of the Central Sudetes\, near the Kłodzko Valley\, surrounded by fields\, meadows\, and forests. The workshop will take place partly in a yurt—ensuring the privacy and comfort of sitting in a circle—and partly in the vast natural landscape of the Valley and its diverse ecosystems\, where we will be able to establish and deepen a relationship with nature.\nTime in the Valley will also be a great opportunity to get a firsthand look at regenerative farming methods — from growing ancient grain varieties (einkorn\, emmer wheat)\, to beekeeping\, a backyard henhouse & chicken-tractor\, and a vegetable garden. On site\, there will be outdoor composting toilets and showers.___________________________________\n\n\n WHO IS IT FOR?\nWe invite everyone who wants to build more authentic relationships\, gain insight into themselves and their relational self\, learn how to move beyond pseudo-community and chaos in their social groups\, and also experience deeper connection with more-than-human nature. The workshop may be of particular interest to people who work with groups or co-create organizations and communities — but it is truly for anyone who is ready to be present and meet whatever arises. A space where chaos and ’emptying out’ are welcome\, even necessary. Where each person can safely express what is alive in them and in need of expression. I was surprised by how little it took for me to become attached to specific people and to stay in touch after the workshop\, while at the same time a sense of something greater than the sum of individuals stayed with me for a long time. What was new and unique happened somehow between us: beyond what each person brought individually. For me it was an experience of what can emerge when we truly meet\, and how deeply needed and powerful that is. I would love to experience this ‘magic’ more often. (…) I feel deeply moved and inspired.”“It’s hard to put into words what this experience actually is. For me it differs from other forms of group work or therapy\, from personal development workshops or family constellations. It is something else. Very powerful\, and at the same time natural\, organic\, and deeply human.”“The workshop was a very important time for me\, one in which I was able to genuinely experience how deeply similar we are to one another\, at a profound level. Being in a group of strangers had always been a challenge for me and a source of tension and stress. It was hard for me to feel safe. Groups trigger in me a fear of rejection\, of judgment\, and probably many other fears. The experience of the Community Building Workshop was a breakthrough for me\, because it is one thing to know something theoretically\, and quite another to be able to experience in your body a sense of safety built on deep connection\, on courageously expressed truth.”“What moves me most is truth. Space for truth and authenticity is so enormously important. The most important thing I experienced was the fact that the risk taken in expressing your truth and vulnerability brings you closer to others\, though it takes courage to take that risk.”

SUMMARY:Community Building Workshop At Mokri Potok Ecovillage (Slovenia)
DESCRIPTION:“It is a serious thing to be alive on this fresh morning in this broken world.” — Mary Oliver\n\nSeparation. Scarcity. A crisis of belonging. These are what we have inherited from the structures of power and economy in our modern era. We face a loneliness epidemic\, societal unravelling\, unprecedented biodiversity loss and historic wealth inequality.\nIn this current climate\, things can often seem hopeless. It can feel like there are no viable alternatives. But this isn’t the first time humans have faced collapse. In reality\, there are alternatives. Tools and methods exist which can help us build resilience\, solidarity\, and mutual flourishing for all beings — not just humans. Techniques to build authentic connection\, unusual safety and extraordinary respect have been identified and are waiting to be adopted and put into shared practice.\nCommunity in this sense of the word moves beyond a simple noun\, or thing\, and becomes intentional and active: an actual lived experience of deep relationship with ourselves\, each other\, and the wider ecology in which we live.\n\n INVITATION\nWe invite you into exactly this kind of experience which will take place at Mokri Potok\, an eco-village in Slovenia\, where people are continuously exploring what it means to live in relationship\, with each other and with the land. During the Community Building Process in the tradition of M. Scott Peck\, we learn how to create the conditions for a true encounter. We learn how to navigate what is non-obvious\, alive\, and often uncomfortable in relationships\, without the need to immediately solve or control whatever arises. Over 4 days\, under the caring guidance of trained facilitators\, we will immerse ourselves in this process. We will explore ways of being together which support deeper self-insight\, authenticity\, trust\, respect\, and collaboration. We will learn practical guidelines for passing through the phases of the process — from pseudo-community (where we are pleasant to one another\, but relationships remain fairly surface-level)\, through chaos and emptiness\, all the way to true community (where we might feel a deep bond\, respect\, or even love\, despite our differences).\nRead more about the process here: https://www.thelivingbridge.earth/community_building…\n REGISTRATION: https://forms.gle/9FQPFiDSwcLM1UGB7___________________________________\n\n ABOUT THE METHOD\nThe Community Building Process was developed in the second half of the 20th century by psychiatrist and author Dr. Today\, this work is continued by Community Building International — an organization founded by Scott Peck’s student Edward Groody — which offers\, among other things\, facilitator training. More at: https://communitybuilding.com/\n___________________________________\n\n\n FACILITATION\nThe workshop will be led by a team of facilitators trained\, certified\, and supervised by Community Building International:Asia Gumieniak and Danny Iacono. Co-founders of The Living Bridge — a foundation supporting the development of relationality\, reciprocity\, and connectivity in human spaces. They combine various approaches to working with relationships and community. Both are sociologists by training\, currently deepening practices rooted in relationality. Asia’s include: eco-therapy (Pacifica Graduate Institute)\, Authentic Relating (ART International)\, and Sociocracy (Sociocracy For All). Danny’s include mythopoetics and storytelling (Mythic Body by Josh Shrei)\, as well as deep conversations on The Passing Through Podcast\, of which he is the creator and host.___________________________________\n\n VENUE\nEcovillage Mokri Potok is located in a forested area of the Kočevsko region in the south of Slovenia. It is a relatively remote and peaceful place\, surrounded by small streams\, gentle hills\, and a few open meadows. The nearest town with services\, Kočevje\, is about 15 km away. The ecovillage currently consists of four family homes\, with plans to gradually expand to around seven family houses or small homesteads\, together with shared community spaces. At the event location there is an open outdoor kitchen where we will prepare our meals\, a large tipi for evening gatherings around the fire\, and a yurt where the workshop will take place. On the land you will also find compost toilets and solar showers. A nearby stream offers a refreshing place for washing or cooling down during breaks. There will be a designated area nearby for setting up tents (please bring your own tent and sleeping equipment). As the venue is located in higher altitude nights can be fresh. The surrounding forests are home to abundant wildlife\, and it is not uncommon to see deer passing quietly through the landscape.\n__________________________________\n\n WHO IS IT FOR?\nWe invite everyone who wants to build more authentic relationships\, gain insight into themselves and their relational self\, and learn how to move beyond pseudo-community and chaos in their social groups. The workshop may be of particular interest to people who work with groups or co-create organizations and communities — but it is truly for anyone who is ready to be present and meet whatever arises. No experience or preparation is required. Experience shows that this workshop — through encountering a different way of being — can be a turning point which contributes to enduring changes in our relationships in everyday life. If you feel this might be for you but have questions or doubts\, feel free to write to us!___________________________________\n LOGISTICS\n\nDATESStart: Thursday\, July 30th at 5:00 PMEnd: Sunday\, August 2nd at 4:00 PM\nDue to the nature of the process\, partial attendance is not possible. By signing up for the workshop\, you commit to participating in its entirety.\n\n ACCOMMODATIONWe sleep outdoors on the grounds of the ecovillage. Bring a tent\, sleeping bag\, and sleeping mat. Need more comfort? There are limited spaces for indoor accommodation in the ecovillage and its surroundings\, please contact organiser for that option.\n\n WHAT TO BRINGTent\, sleeping mat and bag (if you’re planning to sleep on-site)\, torch\, appropriate footwear and clothing suited to the forecasted weather. Please bring biodegradable toiletries (or use ours)\, and if you wish\, natural tick repellent. As nights can be fresh in the forest\, bring warm clothes for evenings and mornings.\n\n FOODEach day\, as an activity supporting community building\, we plan to collectively prepare delicious vegetarian meals (breakfast\, lunch\, and dinner). During breaks we also offer snacks\, coffee\, and tea.\n\n GETTING THEREBecause Mokri Potok is located in a peaceful and relatively remote natural area\, most participants choose to arrive by car. When registering for the event\, you will have the option to coordinate car sharing with other participants. The drive from Ljubljana takes about one hour. The final 1.5 km is a gravel forest road\, which is usually accessible with a regular car. If you prefer to travel by public transport\, the closest town is Kočevje\, about 15 km from the venue. Kočevje can be reached from Ljubljana by train or bus. From there\, we will be happy to arrange a pickup and bring you to Mokri Potok.\n\nCOSTWe are learning to build a culture of reciprocity and gratitude\, and so we wish to offer this workshop in the spirit of a gift economy. SUMMARY:Warsztat Budowania Wspólnoty+ W Kręgu z Naturą | Community Building Workshop+ In Circles with Nature | Poland
DESCRIPTION:— ENGLISH BELOW —\n\n\n“…nasza własna przyszłość jest nierozerwalnie związana z przyszłością większej wspólnoty\, która powołała nas do istnienia.”— Thomas Berry\n\n\n4-dniowy Warsztat Budowania Wspólnoty w tradycji M. Scott Pecka\, poszerzony o praktykę pogłębiania połączenia ze światem więcej-niż-ludzkim.\n\nŻyjemy w czasach pełnych pilnych wyzwań\, w czasach dystansu i oddzielenia. Praktyka ta oferuje wskazówki\, a także żywe doświadczenie dochodzenia w grupie do stanu Prawdziwej Wspólnoty\, czyli stanu bezpieczeństwa i głębokiego wzajemnego szacunku. Each day\, we will invite you to sit in a circle and practice developing awareness with what surrounds us\, expanding our experience of connection\, relationship\, and belonging with the natural world.\n\n REGISTRATION: https://forms.gle/gas74FxbCniy1F2c9___________________________________\n\n\n\n ABOUT THE COMMUNITY BUILDING METHOD\nThe Community Building Process was developed in the second half of the 20th century by psychiatrist and author Dr. No experience or preparation is required. Experience shows that this workshop — through encountering a different way of being — can be a turning point which contributes to enduring changes in our relationships in everyday life. If you feel this might be for you but have questions or doubts\, feel free to write to us!___________________________________\n\n\n LOGISTICS\n\n\nDATES\n\nArrival: Wednesday\, September 2nd in the evening\, we’ll start with light supper and brief orientation in the space.\nStart of the workshop: Thursday\, September 3rd at 9:00 AMEnd: Sunday\, September 6th at 5:00 PM\n\nDue to the nature of the process\, partial attendance is not possible. If this experience is of value to you\, we encourage you to support our future work through a donation of any amount. We invite you to decide on the size of your contribution bearing in mind both your own means and the organizers’ costs. This applies to the workshop itself as well as accommodation and shared meals. You will be able to make this donation at the end of the workshop. For reference\, the typical prices for a 4-days workshop including accommodation and meals range between 800–2\,000 PLN. To reserve your place\, please pay a deposit of 300 PLN or 70 EUR to The Living Bridge foundation account:PLN: PL98124068301111001150423503EUR: PL27124068301978001150423529The deposit can be fully refunded at your request after the workshop concludes (if you participate in the full event)\, or if you prefer\, it can be applied toward your donation. If we do not reach the minimum number of participants two weeks before the event\, the workshop will be cancelled and all deposits will be returned in full.\n\n\n LANGUAGEThe workshop will be held in two languages: Polish and English. Translation will be provided as needed.\n\n\n REGISTRATION: https://forms.gle/gas74FxbCniy1F2c9Places are limited. We can’t wait to build community with you!\n\n\nIMPORTANTThe workshop can be emotionally intense. If you are currently in psychotherapy\, please consult your therapist before participating. At the same time\, the workshop is not psychotherapy and does not replace it. If you are currently going through a serious crisis\, please consider whether this is the right moment to attend. If in doubt\, contact us.___________________________________\n\n\n WHAT OTHERS SAY\n“I had long intuitively dreamed of a space like the one we experienced during the workshop.

SUMMARY:Monthly Community Building Circle (Germany)
DESCRIPTION:Ongoing meetings for everyone who wants to stick with it and continue to bring the art of encounters into everyday life. \nYou are welcome to take part in the regular circle if you have taken part in at least one workshop or community building skills training. And want to stick with it. Because that’s what it’s all about: continuing to practice community building and incorporating it into everyday life. \nWe come together in a circle – similar to the classic community building workshop – and follow Scott Peck’s discussion recommendations. \nPlease send us a short email if you would like to take part: servus@ammerseeinstitut.de or register via this link:  https://www.ammerseeinstitut.de/event-details/monatlicher-cb-circle \nFrequency/participation \n\nOnce a month\nCommitment: We recommend regular participation\, but it is also possible to come only now and then.\nAnyone who has already taken part in a workshop or community building skills training or who has received an introduction can take part.\n\nLength of time: 5 hours \nCost: Contribution to expenses\, depending on financial possibilities\, 30 – 50 euros \nWorkshop format \n\nEssentially\, the format is very similar to that of the community building workshop\, i.e. there will mainly be time in a circle and the group will be based on Scott Peck’s discussion recommendations.\nWe try out different forms of accompaniment. In addition to the classic form\, the “Group of all leaders” has proven successful – i.e. a process without a facilitator or only with very selective input\nDepending on the wishes and needs of the group\, we also include exercises from our method kit\, the community building skills training.

If you wish\, you can also use this week for a digital detox and turn off your electronic devices (phone\, tablets\, computer\, smartwatch…) for a week. \nMeditation leads to stillness\, to a deep connection with yourself and the source of being. Important life themes may emerge\, an opportunity to assess where you stand\, and perhaps a new direction for you being creative in this world will reveal itself. \n(Translation with Deep)

SUMMARY:Myers-Briggs® (MBTI) Experiential Training — Budapest
DESCRIPTION:What if you could finally understand each other?\nMBTI® Experiential Training with Edward GroodyA one-day experience that can transform the way you communicate — at work\, in relationships\, and with yourself.\n\n\nDoes this sound familiar?\n You genuinely try to listen to each other\, yet somehow keep talking past one another. One of you is enthusiastic\, the other cautious — and decisions never seem to move forward. At home\, simple conversations turn into misunderstandings\, as if you were speaking different languages. In teams\, your energy suddenly disappears and you find yourself thinking: “Why do I always react like this?”\n\n\nIf even one of these feels familiar\, this training is for you.\n\n\nThis training is for you if…\n✓ you struggle to express your opinion because you fear being misunderstood or seen as “too sensitive”;✓ people often hear something different from what you actually mean;✓ you perform well individually\, but somehow lose your rhythm in groups;✓ you don’t know how to communicate with your boss in a way that truly gets through;✓ recurring misunderstandings keep showing up in your relationships;✓ you want to finally understand how you naturally operate — and why you react the way you do.\n\n\nMore than just a personality test.\nThis is not another online quiz. This is experiential self-awareness and relationship learning.\n\n\nDuring the Myers–Briggs (MBTI®) experiential training\, you won’t just discover your personality type — you’ll experience how it shapes:\n your communication your decisions your relationships the way you work and connect with others\n\n\nAll in a safe\, engaging\, and supportive atmosphere.\n\n\nYou’ll begin to understand:\n– what energizes you and what drains you;– how others interpret you (often very differently than you imagine);– why certain conversations go wrong;– and how to consciously rebuild understanding and harmony.\n\n\nWhen these patterns become clear\, communication becomes easier\, teamwork flows more naturally\, and shared decisions stop feeling like a struggle.\n\n\nWhat will this day give you?\nEdward Groody’s MBTI training creates bridges between people who think\, work\, and communicate differently.\nLess misunderstanding.Less tension.More ease and connection.\nYou’ll leave with real “aha” moments that change how you see the people around you — and yourself.\n\n\nHow does MBTI® work?\nThe MBTI® framework is based on the psychological theories of Carl Gustav Jung. It explores four preference pairs that reveal:\n– how you perceive the world\,– how you make decisions\,– and how you function most naturally\, without forcing yourself.\n\n\nThe 16 personality types are combinations of these preferences — and they are remarkably accurate in revealing where communication breaks down… and how harmony can be restored.\n\n\nReady to finally understand yourself and others?\n Register now for the training:https://communitybuilding.hu/mbti-szemelyisegelemzes/\n\n\nPlaces are limited — and this is the kind of experience every future conversation will thank you for.\n\n\nParticipation is available in both Hungarian and English.  The training will be held subject to a minimum of 15 participants.

SUMMARY:Community Building Workshop (CBW) in Gdańsk\, Poland (PUBLIC)
DESCRIPTION:For 3 days we will build a sense of community – experiencing a unique trust and respect in a group. We will use the group process of community building according to M. Scott Peck to experience the transition from PSEUDO-Community (where everyone is nice\, but relationships are rather shallow) to truly deep COMMUNITY (where you like fewer people\, but love more). \nThis workshop is an opportunity to learn more about yourself and group dynamics. We especially recommend it for people who are forming communities\, societies and organizations\, working with groups\, and people on the development path who want to: \n\nlearn the keys to authentic communication\ndissolve personal obstacles to authentic communication\ndevelop the ability to listen and express themselves more fully\nnavigate conflict situations in communities and relationships\nreduce judgment of others and develop acceptance and build bridges across personal differences in groups\nexperience connection with people very different from themselves\nimprove skills for being in relationships\n\nThis is a PUBLIC\, in person workshop in Gdańsk\, Poland.

SUMMARY:The Art of Connections (CBST) Budapest\, Hungary
DESCRIPTION:Workshop: Community Building Skills Training (CBST)\nNovember 6–8\, 2026\nBudapest \nFacilitator: Edward Groody\, Founder of Community Building International \n“There can be no vulnerability without risk; there can be no community without vulnerability; there can be no peace\, and ultimately no life\, without community.”\nM. Scott Peck \nCommunity Building Skills Training is a three-day experiential workshop for people who feel called to deepen their capacity for honest\, meaningful connection. \nBased on the work of M. Scott Peck\, the workshop invites participants into a shared process of presence\, listening\, silence\, vulnerability\, and authentic communication. Through simple practices and circle time\, the group explores how real community can emerge when people are willing to meet themselves and one another more truthfully. \n  \nThis is not a theoretical training only. It is a lived experience of what can happen when a group begins to slow down\, listen more deeply\, speak more honestly\, and make space for difference\, uncertainty\, and genuine encounter. \nWho is it for?\nThis workshop is for those who wish to cultivate deeper and more authentic relationships in their personal lives\, teams\, organisations\, or communities. \nIt may be especially meaningful for people who work with others\, hold space for groups\, support communities\, or simply long for more honest and human ways of being together. \nImportant note\nThe facilitator provides structure\, guidance\, and care for the group process\, but the workshop is not therapy and does not replace therapeutic or medical support. The experience can be emotionally intense\, so we ask each participant to consider their own readiness with care. \nFull attendance is required for the three days. \nSchedule\nFriday\, November 6\n9:00–18:00 \nSaturday\, November 7\n9:00–18:00 \nSunday\, November 8\n9:00–16:30 \nFurther practical details will be shared after registration.

SUMMARY:Advanced Module: Myers-Briggs
DESCRIPTION:MBTI offers a deeper lens for understanding the different ways people perceive\, decide\, communicate\, and engage with others. \nIn Community Building\, this awareness can help us recognize how personality preferences shape both our contributions to the group and the patterns that may limit genuine connection. Rather than using type to define or categorize people\, the module invites participants to notice difference with greater humility\, curiosity\, and compassion. This can support more conscious participation\, more skillful facilitation\, and a deeper respect for the many ways people enter and experience community. \n\nDates: November 18\, 2026. The program will start on Wednesday November 18 at 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. \nLanguage: The training will be in English and Slovak.\n(If there is sufficient interest\, interpretation can also be provided in other languages.
