SUMMARY:Community Building Workshop in Warsaw (PUBLIC)
DESCRIPTION:The CBW Classic is the original workshop format developed by Dr. Peck with a focus on experientially learning and experiencing Community Building guidelines and principles for personal\, spiritual and professional growth. \nThe CBW involves a group process aimed at deeper\, more authentic communication. Using a set of guidelines and principles rather than an agenda or particular procedure\, participants are gently guided by specially trained facilitators who take the group through a process that shows how to look beyond the cultural\, political and religious differences that prevent us from embracing our common humanity. During a CBW\, the ultimate goal of the group is to experience a deeper level of being in community.

DESCRIPTION:Community Building (CBW)- Seminář tvorby společenství_ křesťanská skupina\n\n\n„Existují cesty\, po kterých se lidé mohou k sobě znovu vrátit\, a díky kterým se staré rány mohou zahojit. Posláním seminářů tvorby komunity je učit\, jak po těchto cestách kráčet…“ \n\n\n\n\nM. Scott Peck \nSeminář tvorby komunity (CBW) je metoda\, kterou vytvořil známý americký psychiatr M. Scott Peck a používá se pro vytváření a podporu komunit (společenství). Metodu popsal ve své knize “V jiném rytmu”. \nCílem semináře je vytvořit hluboké propojení s druhými lidmi\, se sebou a s Bohem. \nA na základĕ této zkušenosti se učit principům a dovednostem\, které jsou pro tvorbu společenství podstatné. Učení se prožitkem nám poskytne nadhled a mnoho “aha” momentů pro reálný život. \nPro koho je seminář vhodný? \nUrčeno pro všechny lidi dobré vůle\, kterým leží na srdci tvorba autentických a hlubokých vztahů bez “masek”.  Ekumena a názorová různost vítána. \nSeminář se odehrává prožitkovou formou procesu v tzv. kruhu. Nejde o přednášky. Nutná je účast po čas celého programu\, nelze se účastnit jen jeho části. \n\nRizika \nSeminář se odehrává prožitkovou formou procesu v tzv. kruhu\, dodržováním vodítek komunikace\, které vedou člověka k sobě. Proces může být v některých fázích velmi emočně náročný\, mohou se v člověku otevírat témata\, která nejsou lehká. Proces nenahrazuje terapii. Proto ti\, kdo vnímají\, že jsou emočně citliví nebo jsou v péči odborníků\, aby zvážili svoji účast\, případně se poradili se svým lékařem či psychoterapeutem. \n\n\n\n\nVíce informací a přihlášky zde

DESCRIPTION:Ongoing meetings for everyone who wants to stick with it and continue to bring the art of encounters into everyday life.  \nYou are welcome to take part in the regular circle if you have taken part in at least one workshop or community building skills training. And want to stick with it. Because that’s what it’s all about: continuing to practice community building and incorporating it into everyday life. \nWe come together in a circle – similar to the classic community building workshop – and follow Scott Peck’s discussion recommendations. \nPlease send us a short email if you would like to take part: servus@ammerseeinstitut.de or register via this link:  https://www.ammerseeinstitut.de/event-details/monatlicher-cb-circle \nFrequency/participation \n\nOnce a month\nCommitment: We recommend regular participation\, but it is also possible to come only now and then.\nAnyone who has already taken part in a workshop or community building skills training or who has received an introduction can take part.\n\nLength of time: 5 hours \nCost: Contribution to expenses\, depending on financial possibilities\, 30 – 50 euros \nWorkshop format \n\nEssentially\, the format is very similar to that of the community building workshop\, i.e. there will mainly be time in a circle and the group will be based on Scott Peck’s discussion recommendations.\nWe try out different forms of accompaniment. In addition to the classic form\, the “Group of all leaders” has proven successful – i.e. a process without a facilitator or only with very selective input\nDepending on the wishes and needs of the group\, we also include exercises from our method kit\, the community building skills training.
