DESCRIPTION:Need a dose of peace and connection? Dip into the pool of Community. Every month a global circle of fellow Community Builders. One and a half hours.  \nNote: For CBW and/or Art of Connection: CBST alumni only. Log-on for Virtual Event details. To learn more about these programs\, please click here.  No Registration Available\, Simply Log-on and Attend 🙂   \n\n\n\nThis Is What Will Happen During The Global Circle:\n\n\n\n\nFacilitators will do a brief introduction and review the purpose of our time together.\n\n\n\nWe will share our name\, where we were born\, where we live now\, and commit toconfidentiality.\n\n\n\nWe will review the guidelines and how Circle Time is a little different than the 3-day workshop.\n\n\n\nWe will then have 3 minutes of silence where you have time to think about what you will share.\n\n\n\nDuring the silence\, reflect on these questions:\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat are you feeling right now? What you feeling deeper under the surface?\n\n\n\nWhat is going on with you? What is going on in your life? What challenges are youfacing? How are you feeling about yourself and your life?\n\n\n\nWhat would you like for others to know about you?\n\n\n\nIs there anything you want to let go of and leave in the circle?\n\n\n\n\n6. After 3 minutes of silence\, you will be asked to speak if you are moved to speak. \n\n\n\nGuidelines for Communication\n\n\n\n\nUse “I” statements. Speak about yourself only.\n\n\n\nSpeak when moved to speak. Do not speak when not moved to speak.\n\n\n\nDo not fix others\, i.e.\, do not console\, teach\, preach or give advice.\n\n\n\nLeave time for Silence before and after someone speaks.\n\n\n\nBe mindful of how much time you speak. Allow time for others to share.\n\n\n\n\nNOTE: The facilitators may be more interactive than usual and offer suggestions and instructions due to our limited time together. \n\n\n\nThe Global Circle will be conducted in English. We expect to offer translation in the future. If you do not speak English\, you are still welcome to be in the circle and soak up the CB experience.The Global Circle will last 1 hour 15 minutes. Those people interested may stay online longer. \n\n\n\nAbout the Virtual Zoom Platform\n\n\n\n\nDon’t worry about how to work ZOOM. Your facilitators will help you if you need it.\n\n\n\nVideo ON during the global circle.\n\n\n\nBe aware of your background to avoid unnecessary distractions.\n\n\n\n\nOur Purpose/Goal: Build Connection and Community\n\n\n\n\nLet go of personal obstacles to being authentic.\n\n\n\nBuild trust and relationships with fellow participants.\n\n\n\nExperience the 4th stage of the CB process – true Community.

This will be a Community Building process intensified by an all-night vigil. \nIn his book A Different Drum\, Scott Peck recalls his most powerful spiritual experience\, which occurred right in the middle of such an all-night process. \nLack of sleep weakens the ego’s protective programs. Thanks to this\, we can get closer to our true essence\, gain insight into the real causes of our reactions\, or even move completely beyond them—into the flow of unconditional love. \nAll of this takes place within the Community Building process\, whose intention is to find and remove the barriers that prevent us from accepting ourselves and one another unconditionally\, just as we are.
