DESCRIPTION:Need a dose of peace and connection? Dip into the pool of Community. Every month a global circle of fellow Community Builders. One and a half hours.  \nNote: For CBW and/or Art of Connection: CBST alumni only. Log-on for Virtual Event details. To learn more about these programs\, please click here.  No Registration Available\, Simply Log-on and Attend 🙂   \n\n\n\nThis Is What Will Happen During The Global Circle:\n\n\n\n\nFacilitators will do a brief introduction and review the purpose of our time together.\n\n\n\nWe will share our name\, where we were born\, where we live now\, and commit toconfidentiality.\n\n\n\nWe will review the guidelines and how Circle Time is a little different than the 3-day workshop.\n\n\n\nWe will then have 3 minutes of silence where you have time to think about what you will share.\n\n\n\nDuring the silence\, reflect on these questions:\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat are you feeling right now? What you feeling deeper under the surface?\n\n\n\nWhat is going on with you? What is going on in your life? What challenges are youfacing? How are you feeling about yourself and your life?\n\n\n\nWhat would you like for others to know about you?\n\n\n\nIs there anything you want to let go of and leave in the circle?\n\n\n\n\n6. After 3 minutes of silence\, you will be asked to speak if you are moved to speak. \n\n\n\nGuidelines for Communication\n\n\n\n\nUse “I” statements. Speak about yourself only.\n\n\n\nSpeak when moved to speak. Do not speak when not moved to speak.\n\n\n\nDo not fix others\, i.e.\, do not console\, teach\, preach or give advice.\n\n\n\nLeave time for Silence before and after someone speaks.\n\n\n\nBe mindful of how much time you speak. Allow time for others to share.\n\n\n\n\nNOTE: The facilitators may be more interactive than usual and offer suggestions and instructions due to our limited time together. \n\n\n\nThe Global Circle will be conducted in English. We expect to offer translation in the future. If you do not speak English\, you are still welcome to be in the circle and soak up the CB experience.The Global Circle will last 1 hour 15 minutes. Those people interested may stay online longer. \n\n\n\nAbout the Virtual Zoom Platform\n\n\n\n\nDon’t worry about how to work ZOOM. Scott Peck \nCommunity Building Skills Training is a three-day experiential workshop for people who feel called to deepen their capacity for honest\, meaningful connection. \nBased on the work of M. Scott Peck\, the workshop invites participants into a shared process of presence\, listening\, silence\, vulnerability\, and authentic communication. Through simple practices and circle time\, the group explores how real community can emerge when people are willing to meet themselves and one another more truthfully. \n  \nThis is not a theoretical training only. It is a lived experience of what can happen when a group begins to slow down\, listen more deeply\, speak more honestly\, and make space for difference\, uncertainty\, and genuine encounter. \nWho is it for?\nThis workshop is for those who wish to cultivate deeper and more authentic relationships in their personal lives\, teams\, organisations\, or communities. \nIt may be especially meaningful for people who work with others\, hold space for groups\, support communities\, or simply long for more honest and human ways of being together. \nImportant note\nThe facilitator provides structure\, guidance\, and care for the group process\, but the workshop is not therapy and does not replace therapeutic or medical support.
