DESCRIPTION:Du engagierst Dich in einer Initiative\, einem Verein oder Projekt\, um die Welt zu einem besseren Ort zu machen. Du setzt dich ein für die sozial-ökologische Transformation\, für Menschenrechte\, Demokratie\, soziale Gerechtigkeit oder bist aktiv an Orten der Begegnung. Denn Dir ist klar: Die Herausforderungen und Veränderungen\, vor denen wir als Menschheit stehen\, können wir nur gemeinsam meistern! \nDoch Du bemerkst bei der Zusammenarbeit in der Gruppe\, dass \n\nes in der Kommunikation immer wieder knirscht\nes Verhaltensweisen oder Aussagen gibt\, die Dich oder andere „triggern“\nihr in wenig hilfreichen „Auseinandersetzungs-Schleifen“ hängen bleibt\nes ungelöste Konflikte oder unterschwellige Vorurteile gibt\, die den offenen Umgang miteinander verhindern\nihr deshalb in der Sache nicht wirklich weiter kommt.\n\nDu bist hier genau richtig\, wenn Du \n\nkonkrete Hilfestellungen suchst\, diese Hürden in Eurer Zusammenarbeit zu überwinden\,\nSehnsucht nach einem guten Miteinander sowie nach tragfähigen und vertrauensvollen Beziehungen in Eurer Gruppe hast\nauthentisch kommunizieren möchtest\nUnterschiede feiern und als Bereicherung erleben möchtest\naufmerksamer zuhören lernen möchtest\n\n„Community Building – Die Kunst der Begegnung“ bietet das Handwerkszeug dafür\, Beziehungen konstruktiver und tragfähiger zu gestalten sowie eigene Hindernisse zu erkennen und ziehen zu lassen. \nKonkret werden wir in diesem Workshop die Leitsätze der Kommunikation des Community Building kennen und in der Gruppe anwenden lernen und üben. Was ist Zuhören? Aus welchem Impuls spreche ich? Was regt mich auf? Und warum? Wie kann Begegnung gelingen? Ein tiefes Verständnis entsteht. Übungen und Zeit in der Kreiskultur wechseln sich ab\, so dass die neuen Erkenntnisse gleich umgesetzt werden können und ihre Wirkung spürbar wird. \nSituationen der Seminarteilnehmenden aus dem eigenen Engagement werden konkret betrachtet. Mithilfe der Werkzeuge des „Community Building“ entwickeln wir konkrete Ansatzpunkte für Veränderung. \nDer  Workshop richtet sich an: \n\nalle\, die sich für eine nachhaltige\, gerechte und demokratische Gesellschaft einsetzen und in ihrem Engagement gestärkt werden wollen\nalle\, die in Initiativen\, Gruppen\, Vereinen oder Projekten mit anderen gemeinsam den Wandel in Bewegung setzen\nalle\, die persönlich wachsen wollen

DESCRIPTION:“Advanced Emptying Skills” – a new CBI Training will be held on 14-18 November\, 2025 in Bratislava\, SK. This training will integrate Community Building (CB)\, Internal Family Systems (IFS)\, and other valuable emptying and healing methods from other healing models. DESCRIPTION:Ongoing meetings for everyone who wants to stick with it and continue to bring the art of encounters into everyday life.  \nYou are welcome to take part in the regular circle if you have taken part in at least one workshop or community building skills training. And want to stick with it. Because that’s what it’s all about: continuing to practice community building and incorporating it into everyday life. \nWe come together in a circle – similar to the classic community building workshop – and follow Scott Peck’s discussion recommendations. \nPlease send us a short email if you would like to take part: servus@ammerseeinstitut.de or register via this link:  https://www.ammerseeinstitut.de/event-details/monatlicher-cb-circle \nFrequency/participation \n\nOnce a month\nCommitment: We recommend regular participation\, but it is also possible to come only now and then.\nAnyone who has already taken part in a workshop or community building skills training or who has received an introduction can take part.\n\nLength of time: 5 hours \nCost: Contribution to expenses\, depending on financial possibilities\, 30 – 50 euros \nWorkshop format \n\nEssentially\, the format is very similar to that of the community building workshop\, i.e. there will mainly be time in a circle and the group will be based on Scott Peck’s discussion recommendations.\nWe try out different forms of accompaniment. In addition to the classic form\, the “Group of all leaders” has proven successful – i.e. a process without a facilitator or only with very selective input\nDepending on the wishes and needs of the group\, we also include exercises from our method kit\, the community building skills training.
