Posláním seminářů tvorby komunity je učit\, jak po těchto cestách kráčet…“ \n\n\n\n\nM. Scott Peck \nSeminář tvorby komunity (CBW) je metoda\, kterou vytvořil známý americký psychiatr M. Scott Peck a používá se pro vytváření a podporu komunit (společenství). Metodu popsal ve své knize “V jiném rytmu”. \nCílem semináře je vytvořit hluboké propojení s druhými lidmi\, se sebou a s Bohem. \nA na základĕ této zkušenosti se učit principům a dovednostem\, které jsou pro tvorbu společenství podstatné. Učení se prožitkem nám poskytne nadhled a mnoho “aha” momentů pro reálný život. \nPro koho je seminář vhodný? \nUrčeno pro všechny lidi dobré vůle\, kterým leží na srdci tvorba autentických a hlubokých vztahů bez “masek”.  Ekumena a názorová různost vítána. \nSeminář se odehrává prožitkovou formou procesu v tzv. kruhu. Nejde o přednášky. Nutná je účast po čas celého programu\, nelze se účastnit jen jeho části. \n\nRizika \nSeminář se odehrává prožitkovou formou procesu v tzv. kruhu\, dodržováním vodítek komunikace\, které vedou člověka k sobě. Proces může být v některých fázích velmi emočně náročný\, mohou se v člověku otevírat témata\, která nejsou lehká. Proces nenahrazuje terapii. Proto ti\, kdo vnímají\, že jsou emočně citliví nebo jsou v péči odborníků\, aby zvážili svoji účast\, případně se poradili se svým lékařem či psychoterapeutem. \n\n\n\n\nVíce informací a přihlášky zde

This method shows how a group can reach the experience of ‘true community’ by moving through these four stages. \nThis process can also help you recognize which stage you’re currently in within a particular life situation or relationship. By gaining this insight\, you will learn how to express your own needs and how to give feedback to others in a way that can truly be heard. \nDuring the three-day training\, you’ll receive specific\, practical guidelines for creating authentic presence\, emotional closeness\, and an unusual sense of safety. The experiences and tools from this training can be applied immediately in your personal relationships. \nThrough practice\, in REAL-LIFE situations\, you can… \n– …develop your emotional intelligence (to better understand WHY you and others struggle to find common ground) \n– …hone your skills for mutual understanding and acceptance \n– …achieve and maintain authentic connections with the people that matter most to you \nWHO LEADS THE TRAINING?\n– The lead facilitator of the training is Edward Groody [US]\, founder of Community Building International\, head instructor for professional training in this method. Edward worked alongside Dr. Scott Peck (founder of the method) for 20 years and has over 20 additional years of experience in organizational development\, training and facilitation. Edward is currently one of the most experienced and authentic living facilitators of Dr. Peck’s method who is still actively leading processes. \nWHAT TO EXPECT?\nThe training alternates between:\n– Experiential exercises (in pairs and small groups)\n– ‘Circle time’ sessions\, where you will be able to put the newly learned principles into practice with other participants in real-time.
