After 3 minutes of silence\, you will be asked to speak if you are moved to speak. \n\n\n\nGuidelines for Communication\n\n\n\n\nUse “I” statements. Speak about yourself only.\n\n\n\nSpeak when moved to speak. Do not speak when not moved to speak.\n\n\n\nDo not fix others\, i.e.\, do not console\, teach\, preach or give advice.\n\n\n\nLeave time for Silence before and after someone speaks.\n\n\n\nBe mindful of how much time you speak.
