Does this sound familiar?
If even one of these feels familiar, this training is for you.
This training is for you if…
✓ you struggle to express your opinion because you fear being misunderstood or seen as “too sensitive”;
✓ people often hear something different from what you actually mean;
✓ you perform well individually, but somehow lose your rhythm in groups;
✓ you don’t know how to communicate with your boss in a way that truly gets through;
✓ recurring misunderstandings keep showing up in your relationships;
✓ you want to finally understand how you naturally operate — and why you react the way you do.

More than just a personality test.
This is not another online quiz.
This is experiential self-awareness and relationship learning.

During the Myers–Briggs (MBTI®) experiential training, you won’t just discover your personality type — you’ll experience how it shapes:
All in a safe, engaging, and supportive atmosphere.
You’ll begin to understand:
– what energizes you and what drains you;
– how others interpret you (often very differently than you imagine);
– why certain conversations go wrong;
– and how to consciously rebuild understanding and harmony.

– and how to consciously rebuild understanding and harmony.
When these patterns become clear, communication becomes easier, teamwork flows more naturally, and shared decisions stop feeling like a struggle.
What will this day give you?
Edward Groody’s MBTI training creates bridges between people who think, work, and communicate differently.
Less misunderstanding.
Less tension.
More ease and connection.
Less tension.
More ease and connection.
You’ll leave with real “aha” moments that change how you see the people around you — and yourself.
How does MBTI® work?
The MBTI® framework is based on the psychological theories of Carl Gustav Jung. It explores four preference pairs that reveal:
– how you perceive the world,
– how you make decisions,
– and how you function most naturally, without forcing yourself.
– how you make decisions,
– and how you function most naturally, without forcing yourself.
The 16 personality types are combinations of these preferences — and they are remarkably accurate in revealing where communication breaks down… and how harmony can be restored.
Ready to finally understand yourself and others?
Places are limited — and this is the kind of experience every future conversation will thank you for.
Participation is available in both Hungarian and English.

The training will be held subject to a minimum of 15 participants.
