Community Building Skills Training (CBST) in Gdańsk, Poland (PUBLIC)

October 23 @ 9:00 am - October 25 @ 5:00 pm CEST

If you are part of a group, organization or community seeking to use CBI trainings to improve outcomes, teamwork, emotional intelligence & soft skills, or some other goal, we recommend the Art of Connection: CBST as your first experience of Community Building. Following this experience certain individuals may wish to consider attending the CBW Classic, or other targeted CB trainings.

Community Building Skills Training (CBST) provides both “classic” circle time formats from Dr. Peck’s original Community Building Workshop (CBW) and new exercises to acquire the specific skills needed to recreate and build connection, peace and Community back home.
CBST structured exercises provide an opportunity to:

  • Increase emotional intelligence
  • Improve communication and relationship building skills
  • Be more “trauma informed”, and
  • Transform your ability to truly listen and build trust, connection and safety with others.

The CBST is the format most often used for practical applications by business,
government, non-profit human service, criminal justice, and other organizations seeking to:

  • Improve team effectiveness and team mindfulness.
  • Increase employee retention and engagement through belonging and workplace Community.
  • Improve human service outcomes., i.e. completion rates, job acquisition and
retention, successful ex-offender reentry, trauma informed training, client trauma resolution, staff burnout, etc.

The CBST combines traditional methods from Dr, Peck’s original Community Building methods with new formats to meet today’s evolving challenges and desired outcomes.
