We will introduce the two pathways available for continuing your Community Building journey:

The Deep Dive Program is for those who want to explore the Community Building process more deeply, continue their personal and spiritual development, and be part of an ongoing learning community. It is ideal for people who wish to deepen their practice without necessarily becoming facilitators.

The Facilitator Training and Certification Program includes the same commitment to personal development while also preparing participants to facilitate Community Building Workshops, Community Building Skills Trainings, and other Community Building processes. The training is a gradual journey that combines learning modules, observation, team participation, co-facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and supervised practical experience.

During the webinar, you’ll learn about both programs, how they relate to one another, what each involves, and who they are designed for. There will also be time to ask questions and explore which pathway best matches your interests and aspirations.
