Alexander Wiedemann

Through various intensive stages and phases of my (professional) life, I arrived at Community Building according to Scott Peck. CB focuses on the important interpersonal relationship level – and is therefore increasingly becoming an important focus for me. As if through a magnifying glass, it looks at the essentials and, with the help of conversation recommendations, leads a group of strangers into authentic community – a “group of all leaders”. Because we all already have everything! We just need the space to rediscover it and bring it together. I am an academically trained organizational developer and architect. In the course of my professional career, I have worked in a wide variety of fields. In addition to my work as a community building facilitator, I currently work as a coach and organizational developer. It is my deepest desire to be actively involved in social change. I want to contribute to creating deeper awareness and connecting people.
