My professional background is a Body Awareness Psychotherapist; more specific a Gestalttherapist. Gestalttherapy already saw the potential of development by seeking whats in my way for more connection (me/others) and express that. Thats mostly what helps to transform it or to find the vulnerability underneath. My deep interest is to bring Community Building amongst people in society because I appreciate the very emancipatory way of getting in connection with oneself and others. It then feels like a natural way of personal growing. Beautiful – the process is sometimes hard and authentically gone through so beautiful again, again and again.
