Dawn Barnett

As the Co-Executive Director for Running Rebels Community Organization (RRCO) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in the United States, Dawn works alongside her husband and RRCO’s Founder and Executive Director, Victor Barnett, to provide services and programs to Milwaukee’s youth and families. Dawn specializes in facilitating Community Building with youth; especially those involved in the juvenile justice system. Dawn Barnett is also a trained facilitator for JCIP (Juvenile Cognitive Intervention Program), Positive Parenting Program, Restorative Justice and Nonviolent Communication; and uses her songwriting and poetry talents to raise awareness to human issues. In 2018, Dawn was named a Woman of Influence by the Milwaukee Business Journal.
