Community building is vital to me because I truly believe that synergy—where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts—only fully emerges when hierarchies dissolve into a ‘group of all leaders.’ This is a profound principle I first realized while building a wonderful musical intercultural community in Munich. My current focus is to shift this energy from music to communication, with the goal of establishing a new intercultural community in Colombia based on M. Scott Peck’s principles. I commit to this work because I feel that now, in the Age of Aquarius, it is essential to pioneer this path toward equality and unity for my own personal growth and for empowering future generations.
