Biographical Info
On my 58 years’ journey I have encountered various stages: attending different German schools abroad as a child and teenager, completing a University degree in biology, training as a nature experience educator, and working in environmental education. I became the mother of two now grown-up children, with whom I moved to the countryside in northern Spain and accompanied them as they grew up. My process of self-awareness led to becoming a trainer in Nonviolent Communication (M. Rosenberg, CNVC certified) and deepened through years of training becoming an Internal Family Systems certified practitioner (IFS-I certified). I work as an IFS practitioner in 1-to-1 sessions and offer courses on Nonviolent Communication, both in person and online. My motivation is to contribute to peace and greater freedom of choice beyond learned patterns. I wish to contribute to perceiving ourselves as self-effective and connected. Discovering NVC and IFS has opened up deeper paths to healing wounded relationships with life. Community Building for me adds the container for the group experience that offers connection, acceptance, respect and safety and the antidote to being wounded in relationship. CB allows authenticity in a tension field between belonging and autonomy.
