Biographical Info I’m thrilled to be part of the CBI family. My work with CBI started when I hosted a Community Building Workshop and attended the Community Building Facilitation Intensive Training in 2018. I followed that with the advanced training in 2019 in Milwaukee. Since then, I’ve served as a FIT a number of times and co-facilitated a series of community dialogues with Edward Groody in 2019 in Greendale, Wisconsin. Beyond CBI, I’ve worked as a researcher, non-profit director, and consultant, working with groups around the world. During my tenure directing the Zeidler Group, I successfully developed, funded, and evaluated over 70 programs, training over 600 facilitators focused on communication across divides. Some memorable opportunities included leading a 5-week facilitator training in the DR Congo providing leaders with tools for inter-tribal communication, and a 5-year dialogue series with Milwaukee police officers and residents of color, developing tools to measure levels of racism, implicit bias, and trust between the groups.
