Advanced Module: Myers-Briggs
MBTI offers a deeper lens for understanding the different ways people perceive, decide, communicate, and engage with others.
In Community Building, this awareness can help us recognize how personality preferences shape both our contributions to the group and the patterns that may limit genuine connection. Rather than using type to define or categorize people, the module invites participants to notice difference with greater humility, curiosity, and compassion. This can support more conscious participation, more skillful facilitation, and a deeper respect for the many ways people enter and experience community.
Dates: November 18, 2026. The program will start on Wednesday November 18 at 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Language: The training will be in English and Slovak.
(If there is sufficient interest, interpretation can also be provided in other languages. Please let us know if you would like interpretation in another language.)
